PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the planning of a dwelling house combined with store by classifying the method of the internal connection of a store part to a dwelling part in the dwelling house combined with store into plural kinds of patterns.;SOLUTION: In the tool used for this planning, plural kinds of dwelling houses 3-7 differing from each other in the method of the internal connection of the store part 1 to the dwelling part 2 within the house are drawn so that the connecting method can be visualized. Illustration sentences 10-14 for illustrating the characteristics for the connecting methods of the store part 1 to the dwelling part 2 in the dwelling houses 3-7 are shown in relation to each shown dwelling house 3-7, respectively.
