METHOD FOR DYNAMICALLY REVISING PART OF DIGITAL VIDEO IMAGE ON THE BASIS OF USER PROFILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To customize a digital video stream on the basis of a characteristic of a user by dynamically revising a digital video image. SOLUTION: A service node 103 in a broadband network 100 executes revision of an input video image. The service node 103 receives a digital video stream from a network feed 107 or a video server 109 through an input port. The digital video stream is fed to a video processor. The video processor decides a replaced image to be inserted to the digital video stream. The video processor decides the replaced image on the basis of a customer profile acquired by the service node 103 from a customer database 115 by utilizing a control port. A control processor in the service node 103 acquires the replaced image from an image database 117 connected to the service node 103.
