PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride composite sheet and a peeling method thereof which enable separation of a polyvinyl chloride sheet of the waste of the composite sheet from a base cloth thereof with excellent efficiency and without mixing-in of fuzz of fibers. SOLUTION: The base cloth 1 is coated with an adhesive not by a method of applying the adhesive only to the surface to be adhered, but by a method of dipping wherein the base cloth is immersed in a solution of the adhesive. The adhesive 13 adheres to the base cloth 1 excellently and holds down fuzzing of fibers, while the fuzz is impregnated with the adhesive 13 and reinforced. The polyvinyl chloride sheet 2 and the base cloth 1 are peeled from each other by heating the of the polyvinyl chloride composite sheet to the softening temperature or above. No fuzz of the fibers of the base cloth 1 sticks to the polyvinyl chloride sheet 2 on the occasion and thus it is possible to recover a polyvinyl chloride having few foreign substances mixed in.
