PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a period management system which can securely and easily perform the period management of various items having specific processing periods, an expenditure management system which can easily perform expenditure processing, and an actual result management system which can easily totalize application results.;SOLUTION: The period management system which manages the processing periods of various items having specific processing periods on a network is equipped with a period managing means 11 which manages the processing period of items that plural persons in charge should process and also provides necessary management data at requests and a dunning notification means 12 which urge the persons in charge to process management items which have their remaining days before the processing limit days less than specific days; and the dunning notification means 12 give dunning notice urging the person in charge of the management items extracted in specific timing and the computers that the person concerned use to process the items.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
