PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional video photographing and audio recording technology that a user has had to carry a spare recording storage medium because the storage of video and audio information always depends on a blank capacity of the recording and storage medium resulting in a limited recordable information amount since the video audio information is stored in a recording and storage medium in a camera.;SOLUTION: A user uses a hardware unit consisting of a camera equipped with a wireless communication function or of a mobile communication information terminal equipped with a camera function, the hardware outputs video image through a wireless communication channel in real time or after temporary storage of the information in a recording, storage medium, and a computer system stores the information via a communication network, and outputs the information again to the user of this technology. Audio information is similarly processed by using a microphone in place of the camera. Since the camera or a recorder requires no recording, storage medium, the user can break free from the chains of preparation of a film, a tape and a memory. Since no recording limitation exists, missing of recording can be avoided.
