PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate tissue paper replacing work. SOLUTION: Bottom plate support grooves (11), (13) are horizontally formed to the inner surfaces of the mutually opposed side walls (7), (9) of a box main body 1 in the vicinity of the lower edges thereof and a bottom plate entrance and exit (17) is formed to one end wall (15) of the box main body in the vicinity of the lower edge thereof and a bottom plate (19) is fitted in the bottom plate support grooves in a slidable manner so as to freely go in and out. A slot (21) is formed to the bottom plate in parallel to the bottom plate support grooves so as to pierce the bottom plate and a tissue paper raising piece (23) is attached to the slot through a shaft (25) so as to become revolvable up and down accompaned by appropriate friction force and, when the bottom plate is pulled out of the bottom plate entrance and exit in such a state that the raising piece is revolved upwardly, the raising piece is brought into contact with the upper edge of the bottom plate entrance and exit to be pushed down to become a horizontal state.
