PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcomputer in which an operation frequency at the writing time can be reduced approximately to 32 kHz without needing a timer for measuring the time required for writing data in an incorporated flash memory.;SOLUTION: When a write-in mode is discriminated at a flash memory writer 12 side, a write-in finish time of data is measured by a timer 122 incorporated in the memory writer 112, an interruption signal showing the finish of write-in is transferred to a microcomputer 11 through a serial data line W22 based on the measured result, and the write-in operation for the flash memory incorporated in the microcomputer 11 is finished with the transferred interruption signal as a trigger.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
