PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the write-in of data always to be performed at an exact position without accumulating phase errors even though the interruption and restart of the write-in of the data are repeated by the buffer under-run error preventing function.;SOLUTION: When the data are temporarily stored in a buffer memory 9 and these stored data are successively taken out and written into the recording medium, the write-in of the data is started by 9 buffer control part 10 when the data stored in the buffer memory a are increased than the preliminarily set first specified amount, and the write-in of the data is interrupted when the data are decreased than the preliminarily set second specified amount, and at this time, the adjustment of the phase error between a synchronizing signal of the data written when the write-in of the data are started and a positional synchronizing signal of the recording medium is started by a phase adjusting part 12, then the phase error is settled before the write-in of the data is interrupted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
