A 3-dimensional-model-processing apparatus for carrying out processing to change information on surfaces of a 3-dimensional model serving as an object of editing appearing on picture display means on the basis of information on 3-dimensional positions which is obtained from a 3-dimensional sensor comprising control means for executing control of processing carried out on the 3-dimensional model serving as an object of editing by using an editing tool appearing on the picture display means, wherein the control means allows attributes of the editing tool to be changed and carries out processing to change the information on surfaces of the 3-dimensional model serving as an object of editing in accordance with the changed attributes of the editing tool.
