The present invention relates to more or less substituted acrylamide or acrylate and zwitterion monomer hydrosoluble copolymers. The polymers have the general structure as follows: ;X and X′ comprise a N_+—R₁—Z^− betaine, with Z^− meeting at least one of the following formulas, corresponding to sulfobetaines and phosphobetaines respectively:
