KINESITHERAPEUTICAL METHOD F0R THE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF WEAKENED PARAVERTEBRAL MUSCLES IN THE LUMBAR SEGMENTS OF THE SPINAL COLUMN

The invention relates to kinesitherapuetical method for the prevention and treatment of weakened paravertebral muscles in the lumbar segments of the spinal column, in particular by the Rocher cell. The method can be used in any phase of the disease, including fully or partially part of the kinetic chain of lower limbs, pelvis, lumbar section of the spinal column, including in a late stage of the disease. The deep dorsal muscles which have maximum bearing to the concrete problem are engaged simultaneously with the respective large groups of muscles, related to this problem. In this way, the dysbalance of the muscles is corrected, the straight posture and the functionally correct gait are restored. The patient performs a complex of movements at suspended lower limbs, and are gradually loaded from distal to proximal position related to the problem levels of the lumbar section. The method includes the movements of abduction, against abduction, adduction and against adduction, and in a given case they can also be combined with lifting the pelvis. 5 claims, 4 figures
