A purpose of the present invention is to provide a laminated photocatalytic pulp paper having various uses such as a filter material, a packaging material, a construction material and the like, which has the anti-bacterial property, the bad degradation property odors and the degradation property with oxidation of harmful substances, it is useful to be used in air treatment, water treatment and soil treatment and, at the same time, it can improve the very effect of titanium oxide photocatalytic activity. According to the present invention, a laminated photocatalytic pulp paper is provided characterized by the fact that a waste paper pulp is laminated over a photocatalytic pulp composition, in which 40-95% by weight of a pulp or a paper having the water content of 3% by weight or less, an average fiber diameter of 5-300 109 m and an average length of 0.1-70 mm, are mixed with 5-6-% by weight of titanium oxide ; and a cord made of paper comprising said pulp paper.
