"Oxadiazine pesticides".Compounds of formula (I), where Z is (a), where x is an integer from 0 to 4, and N is an integer from 0 to 5, and R is as defined below; or (b),Where n is an integer from 0 to 5, and R is as defined below; R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen,:C ~ 1 ~ C ~ 4 ~ alkyl; C ~ 1 ~ C ~ 4 ~ alkoxy, halogen, nitro, phenyl; cyan; phenoxy; benziloxi; benzyl; C ~ 1 ~ C ~ 4 ~ dialquilamino; C ~ 1 ~ C ~ 4 ~ alquiltio; C ~ 1 ~ - C ~ 4 ~ haloalcoxi or C ~ 1 ~ C ~ 4 ~ haloalquil; andR ^ 1 ^ is a C ~ 1 ~ C ~ 4 ~ haloalquil other than cloroalquil, or a group of formula (II), where R ^ 4 ^ is hydrogen, halogen,C ~ 1 ~ C ~ 4 ~ haloalquil or C ~ 1 ~ C ~ 4 ~ haloalcoxi or physiologically acceptable sa of them, with the provision that the X 's, R ^ 1 ^ is not haloalquil.These compounds exhibit insecticidal and acaricidal activity.
