The present Invention relates to a Pharmaceutical composition comprising a combination of a compound of tramadol and anticonvulsant Drugs,In which the compound tramadol and anticonvulsant drugs are present in a proportion based on a fraction of their respective ED50 values,The proportion is 1: 1 to 300: 1 or 1: 1 to 1: 300. Also, refers to the procedure for the application of the composition.
