The user selects parameters associated with the service by a computer (5) based on which, an unique identifier is generated. Based on information in identifier, a message of given format is send to the billing server (6) over mobile network (1) by a mobile terminal (2) to identify sender of the message. Billing is done in accordance with the normal subscriber invoicing practice of mobile network. A telecommunication connection is established by a computer (5) via WWW server (4) to the Internet (3). Then, the user selects desired service, possible party associated with the service, mode of service and other parameters relating to the service. An independent claim is also included for the system for identifying and billing a subscriber associated with service.
