A suspender (9) which slides external of the telescopic pole (1,3) in a specially shaped plastic sliding guide (6) bears in a preselected and specially shaped reception (18) a suspended, manually operated articulated mechanism for complete deployment and locking (19, 20) which in co-operation with the suspender (21) which is rigidly attached in the external part of the telescopic pole (1, 3) with the use of a specially shaped plastic tightening and retention guide (21.1),completes along with the beam ejector (24) the autonomous procedure of complete deployment of the membrane (8) which folds onto the beam assembly (9) and the procedure of locking of the overall telescopic mechanism, protecting it from random operations.
