The present invention provides a flexible container, especially for oxygen-sensitive parenteral agents, and a method for producing such a container. It has an internal primary container (30) surrounded by an oxygen barrier (10) and provided with an oxygen absorber (20). The essence is that the inner container (30) is made of polypropylene, which contains a flexible polymeric material that is compatible with fat-soluble agents and can be welded. The outer casing (10) is comprised of a waterproof flexible multilayer polymeric material comprising an outer substantially oxygen-barrier and water-sealing polymer film and a combined second inner, complementary oxygen-sealing polymer film. In the process, a flexible polymer is fed into a multilayer material and is sealed to form a bag-like sealed inner container, optionally with at least two chamber portions with one tear-off weld. The inner container forms at least one temporary opening at the side, filled with at least one parenteral agent.
