A process for manufacturing ultra fine pure diamond - like crystalline boron carbide powder from a composition of water soluble raw source materials, said processing of the composition comprising: choosing water soluble raw materials as soluble source chemicals charge composition for the processing of said composition for manufacturing ultra fine pure diamond - like crystalline boron carbide powder product; dissolving chosen soluble raw materials in the liquid medium for the subsequent processing; transporting said pure source charge solution to the drying stage of processing; drying the solution of the source chemicals charge composition, securing manufacturing of a voluminous dry charge powder, transporting said voluminous dry charge powder to the synthesis processing; synthesis processing, performed by means of thermal decomposition of said dry charge powder at elevated temperature in the presence of a controlled atmosphere and voluminous nucleating of the incipient multiple boron carbide crystals, wherein said choice of soluble chemical raw materials charge composition, used in the manufacturing process comprises: at least 1498 כ' בתמוז התשס" ב - June 30, 2002 one or more boron containing component(s), said boron containing components are chosen from a first group, but not limited to: boric acid, diboron trioxide, boron monoxide, boron and their mixtures; at least one or more carbon containing component(s), chosen from a second group, consisting, by way of example, but not limited to, of the saccharides dextrose, dextrose monohydrate, food sugar, fructose, glucose, glycogen, grape sugar, melassa, saccharose, sucrose and their mixtures; at least one or more activating chemical reagent(s), chosen from a third group, comprising, by way of example, but not limited to, the following organic acids and / or their mixtures: acetic acid, ascorbic acid, citric acid, decanoic acid, ethanoic acid, formic acid, fumaric acid, glacial acetic acid, glycolic acid, maleic acid, oxalic acid or oxalic acid dihydrate, peracetic acid, succinic acid; and optionally one or more chemical synergism component(s), comprising: acetic aldehyde, formic aldehyde, oxalic acid aldehyde and / or their derivatives; said dissolution medium is chosen from the group of: water, water + alcohol(s), and water + alcohol(s) + solvent(s), said chemical componenets composition being of the formulae: (a) boron carbide charge = Clx * C2y * C3w; and (b) boron carbide charge = Clx * C2y * C3w * C42; wherein: Cl is chemical raw material, chosen as above from the first group, with quantity factor " x" , expressed in gram molecular weight; C2 chemical raw material, chosen as above from the second gorup, with quantity factor " y" , expressed in gram molecular weight; C3 is chemical raw material, chosen as above from the third group, with quantity factor " w" , expressed in gram molecular weight; C4 is chemical raw material, chosen as above from the fourth group, with quantity factor " z" , expressed in gram mol weight, and said solution of raw chemical source materials composition does not emit any harmful vapors into the environment, thus rendering said process environmetally safe.
