The device (1) for displaying on a sheet one or more illustrations, such as technical drawings, charts and similar, together with decorative items, such as sketches and photographic series, comprsies a rear plate against which the sheet (2'') locates and accessories for retaining the sheet. The device also has two cylinders (3,4) rotatable around their axes and positioned parallel to each other on opposite sides of the rear plate (5). The cylinders hold two opposing outer ends of the sheet, so that in use the part of the sheet used for display locates against the plate and the other parts are rolled around the cylinders. The device also has components (7) for manual rotation of the cylinders.
