The clamp is fitted fixed on to the windscreen wiper arm(s) of a motor car on the front and/or the rear, clamping firmly around folders and tickets and/or other material containing paper. The clamp is restricted so that it cannot open further than is necessary. The clamp fits by means of a U-profile (A) located on a non-movable part (B) and is clamped on the under side of the wiper arm by a small plate (C) which is pushed into an open slot in the U-profile. The opening of the clamp in order to place folders and/or tickets or other material containing paper between a non-movable part and teeth (J) located on a moving part (I) occurs by pressing downwards with the thumb on a wing (F).
