The ventilation system (2) for a building (1), particularly a dwelling house, involves air fed in and out of the building via a system of channels (9) also involving a fan (4), heat exchanger (5) and/or heating equipment (3). In the ceiling of a room, or in the floor of the room above with specific spacing first recesses or channels are provided in a first direction, mutually connectable by a transversal main channnel, to which all the main apparatus is connectable. At least the channels incorporate an open connection extending to the room for the displaceable fitment of the ventilation devices. The recesses are made of concrete plates created during the moulding of a concrete floor.
