The cover component prevents direct contact between a surface of an accommodation part (11,14) provided with a recess (12,15) forming part of a bicycle accessory (10) and a surface of a fixture part of a second bicycle accessory, the fixture part being positionable in the recess. A basic plate (21) is provided with an aperture (22) and a collar (23) which connects with the periphery of the aperture, extending vertically in relation to the basic plate. The basic plate is circular and the aperture is U-shaped or circular, occupying a central position in the basic plate.
