The sewing set comprises a number of thread reels (1a,1b,1c,1d) placed on a winding body positioned on a cylindrical, elongated holder (5) in a casing (4). The set includes a needle (2) inserted in corresponding holes in the thread reels, preventing the undesired unwinding of the thread reels. At the front of the sewing set is a pen (3) with a writing point part (3a), which extends at the outer end of the casing. The casing has a transparent part (4a), through which the thread reels can be seen and a non-transparent part (4b) which can be in several colors. The casing at one outer end is closed by a closure component (6), which can be easily removed in order to withdraw the thread reels. By loosening the transparent part from the casing at least one reserve device (8) can be easily removed from the sewing set. This reserve device can be a condom.
