This is a process for manufacturing of a coated link rod (16) of door bumper device (10) for vehicles. This link rod (16) consists a connection link (38) on the first end (16a) and double cylinders surface (20, 22) designed for running with double cylinders (26, 28). Process includes following steps; placing a metal hub (34) into a moulding apparatus (44) and injection of plastic material into a moulding pot (50) surrounding metal hub (34). Metal hub (34) is positioned according to the moulding pot (50) by using first positioning tools (52, 54) operated with connection link (38) and a second positioning tool (60) operated with an appendix made on the second end (16b) of the metal hub (34).
