Apparatus for removing paraffin from the walls of oil and gas wells has a body, with a load installed on it, with stabilization ribs and centering elements; small turbines that are installed at the ends of the body and made with possibility of rotation in opposite directions with respect to each other; rods, installed at the outer surfaces of the turbines, with direction of each spiral entering being opposite to the turbine rotation. At that, each turbine is additionally equipped with an inductor of rotary magnetic field, a hollow cylinder, bearing elements, shields and additional stabilizing ribs, which are rigidly connected to the body and the hollow cylinder; the shields are rigidly connected to the turbines, inductor of rotary magnetic field is installed in the cavity formed by the hollow cylinder, shields and the turbine outer cylinder; it is rigidly fixed on the outer surface of the hollow cylinder and made as a hollow magnetic guide and windings, that are placed in the slots on the outer surface of the magnetic guide; the outer cylinder of the pipe is made ferromagnetic, with the inner diameter being larger than the outer diameter of the inductor.
