Partial flow-meter comprises of inlet and outlet branch pipes, U-shaped portions, valves, and a measurement sensor. The inlet and outlet branch pipes are made as a U-shaped portion with a bend in normal direction to the main pipeline wall, the inlet and outlet sections of the branch pipes are installed at the point of the pipeline where the main flow velocity is average, and as a measurement sensor a water- or a gas-meter is used.
