The floor has a layer being controlled in height and resting on a part of fixation-support elements, those are screwed to the openings of the layer or to the openings of the ledgers. To increase operational reliability and to simplify mounting of the floor each fixation-support element is made as a hollow stand with outer threading and variable thickness of the wall in height and / or perimeter of the stand. The hollow stand has a closed at one side end fixed to the base of the floor. The end has at the side of the cavity a cone-like surface. The outer diameter of the end is equal to the inner diameter of the outer threading of the stand, or is larger with formation of a flange with height equal to half of the distance between the neighboring turns of the outer threading of the stand. To let the fixation element to go through, the end can be made with one central opening. The hollow stands are screwed to the driller openings of the ledgers or the layer, or to bushings inserted in the openings of the ledgers or the layer. Each bushing is made with inner threading and with a flange placed at its one end, this is fixed to the surface of the ledger or the layer turned to the base of the floor.
