The ceiling plate is secured to an angled surface of a first reinforcing part, so that one section of the plate is angled relative to the other section in order to allow water to drain off the top side of the ceiling. The first reinforcing part is tubular and contains perforations to allow water to drain out of it. A second tubular reinforcing part is secured both to the plate and first reinforcing part. A hole between the two reinforcing parts allows water to flow from the second part into the first part.
