摘要
Transformation parameters are calculated on the basis of the coordinates for the initial 3D computer model and the assumption that at least one distance between two or more of the pre-determined positions on the object is constant over time. A number of coordinates for a final 3D computer model of the object are calculated, based on the coordinates for the initial 3D computer model and the transformation parameters. A 3D computer model of at least one moving object is generated by creating at least two digital representations of video signals from two or more cameras used to monitor the object during overlapping time intervals. A number of points in the digital representations are determined, corresponding to pre-determined positions on the object. A number of coordinates for an initial 3D computer model of the object are calculated, based on the defined points in the digital representations. An Independent claim is also included for a software product for carrying out this method.
