The optical cell is constituted from a body (1) of transparent methacrylate, in which a chamber (3) wherein the particle (4) intended to observe or measure available is established, through which chamber (3 ) is through a flow of reagent or solution penetrates a lower inlet (5) and exits through a duct (8) situated at a higher level, being both ducts in communication with a three way valve (7) controlling the flow of said fluid. Communication between the inlet (5) and the observation chamber (3) is established by a vertical duct (6) tangential to the duct (5), extending the latter into a duct portion (5 '') reaching the own valve (7), in order to prevent entry of bubbles (11) to the chamber (3), within which is further arranged a tubular cylindrical body (10) which prevents the particle (4) can be driven by fluid flow reaction, allowing to perform a still microscopic observation error positioned.
