Drinking straw for liquids, doubling up as an advertisement and communications prop, which is made of a hollow plastic (or similar substance) tube with an almost elliptical flat section that provides two surfaces for placing advertising, promotional or other types of messages. Optionally, a sliding ring could be attached to its length that could also provide extra space for more messages. Notches on this ring would allow it to be placed on the edge of the glass or container that holds the liquid.
