A biological material comprising: c) at least one cell type selected from the group consisting of endothelial cells, glandular cells, skin annexes, germ cells of hair bulbs; d) a biocompatible and biodegradable three-dimensional matrix comprising at least one derivative selected from the group consisting of A hyaluronic acid) A hyaluronic acid ester, wherein part or all carboxy functions are esterified with alcohols of the aliphatic, aromatic series, arylaliphatic, heterocyclic cicloalifáticao; B) an ester of hyaluronic acid autoentrelazado, wherein part or all of the carboxy groups are esterified with the alcoholic functions of the same polysaccharide chain or other chains; C) interleaving hyaluronic acid ester, wherein part or all of the carboxy groups are esterified with polyalcohols of the aliphatic, aromatic, arylaliphatic series, cycloaliphatic or heterocyclic, generating crosslinking by spacer chains; D) a hemiester of succinic acid or a salt of the heavy succinic acid hemiester with hyaluronic acid or partial or total esters of hyaluronic acid metal; E) a sulphated hyaluronic acid or N-sulphated hyaluronic unácido or derivatives thereof;
