Torque magnetic, limiter device, used as a security brake for moveable objects that are moved at low speed by electrical motors.This invention refers to a device capable of limiting, under a certain determined value, the torsion torque transmitted by an axis activated by an electric motor. When said torque value is exceeded, the device can disconnect the motor or invert the turn rotation, which results in stopping movement or even inverting the direction of movement.The mechanism can be used both as a security brake for cases such as blocking the trajectory of a moveable object, in which the movement of said mobile object cannot be caused through the application of torques lower in value than the value that is limited by the device.
