The fabrication mould for footwear, with direct vulcanizing, and cutting has two halves (2,3) with cavities forming a central cavity when the mould is closed. Also claimed is a process making the footwear. CLAIMED PROCESS - The process employs a vulcanizable strip (6) at least partly filling the central cavity of the mould. EMBODIMENT - The strip (6) is embodied in the footwear by successive feed of material, for vulcanizing and subsequent cutting.
