A free way of shaping quantities of moments of forces with regard to an axis in a rotary motion under the effect of the gravity force consists in shifting a medium /2/ in a working space /1/ of an invariable, closed system mounted on an axis or on some axes freely oriented with regard to one another up to a planetary system included. The working space /1/ of the closed system having variable sections and their different inner shapes are filled with a medium (2) in an amount less than 100% of its inner capacity. A change of a setting angle of a closed system with regard to an axis /6/ causes a change of a quantity of a moment of the force with regard to an axis in a rotary motion. Obtained quantities of moments of forces with regard to an axis between moments of inertia don't constitute a mirror reflection.
