An improved method and apparatus for the auctions and declines in project management of real estate, including the use of a geographic information system and global network of computers. The invention uses the geographic information system, another network software, and a global network to allow access to information about the computer site. The system of the invention allows a user to access data from a number of specific sites to see and manipulate the data concerned within the restrictions to their safety.
