PRODUCTION OF DENDRITIC CELLS FROM BONE-MARROW STEM CELLS

The invention relates to a method for producing dendritic cells. According to said method, bone-marrow stem cells grow in a culture medium in the presence of the growth factors GM-CSF and IL-4 and optionally also in the presence of the interleukin receptor sIL-4R, until dendritic cells have formed. The dendritic cells produced in this manner are preferably charged with toxins, cytokines and/or cytokine receptors and are used in the treatment of tumour patients.
