The invention relates to a component for positive and non-positive shaft-hub connection, comprising a clamp body (2); fillets (1), substantially complementary to the above and a tensioning device (4), whereby the component may be tightened in a groove and may be mounted to shafts and hubs with conventional keyways to produce a shaft-hub connection and which is suitable for varying loads and can be easily assembled and disassembled. The invention is characterised in that the clamp body (2) and the fillets are of such a form that there is at least a substantial surface contact between the clamp body, the fillets (11) and the groove.
