METHOD OF EVALUATING THE DEGREE OF MATURITY OF CORNEOUS CELLS

A method of evaluating the properties of corneous cells in a horny layer sample originating in the skin. By this method, selective staining of corninfied envelopes in corneous cells, selective staining of nuclear components and antigenicity are detected and evaluated.
