The invention relates to a method for producing a track construction in which the rails (20) are provided with a shock-absorbing/elastic layer, or rail sheathing (18) before a support layer (30) which supports the rails is produced. The invention also relates to a track construction (8) produced according to this method and to a rail sheathing (18) used in this production method.
