Inside the cartridge sleeve (8) at an open end is an integral holder (1) with bristles (3) for the adhesive mass. The holder has a central inner thread (6) for engaging the central threaded spindle of the original glue pen (14). The adhesive mass in the cartridge sleeve has a central recess for inserting the threaded spindle. The sleeve can be connected to the holder by at least two pref. six plastics ribs (4) arranged on the inner wall. The ribs can be ideal break points between the sleeve and holder.
