The invention relates to the use of active compounds capable of modulating the intracellular pathway triggered by the prostaglandin D2 receptor (DP receptor) in Langerhans cells and/or dendritic cells and the subsequent emigration of Langerhans cells and/or dendritic cells, in the preparation of a medicine for modulating the immune cutaneous response.
