The invented device for centered mounting of bath and shower tubs within a carrier of an expanded material is characterized in that an angle part (1) the arms (1a, 1b) of which have in longitudinal direction a thickness being sized to a distance between inner edge of the tub peripheral bend and outer wall of the tub carrier, is provided in internal top (3) with a profiled projection (4) that can be inserted into a groove performed in corner portion of the tub carrier.
