The wastewater treatment plant comprises a wastewater treatment tank having at least two vertically disposed tank members, and to which air intake tubes and gas exhaust tubes are connected, fluid guide members respectively mounted in the tank members being directed to the center of the tank members, the fluid guide members being formed at a center portion thereof with a hole through which the fluid flows downward, driving means having a rotating shaft being downwardly disposed through the holes of the fluid guide members, rotating means fixed on the rotating shaft for dispersing the fluid in an outward direction when the rotating shaft rotates, collision means mounted inside each of the tank members so as to vaporize the fluid, and a gas treatment part for treating the vaporized wastewater into a harmless gas by adding an oxidizing agent to the vaporized wastewater.
