The invention relates to medicine and can be used as a means for preventing and treating snoring and sleep apnoeas and for preventing night-time teeth grinding. The inventive device comprises a cup-shaped fixing element (3) and external (4) and internal (5) limiting blades provided with holes, said fixing element and blades being connected to each other with the aid of a joining element (2). The blades are mounted on a connecting element (1) in such a way that they are movable therealong and fixable thereto. The cup-shaped fixing element has a cross section in the form of an arc disposed on the plane of a longitudinal axial section of the connecting element in the area where it is joined to the fixing element. Said plane is symmetrically disposed with respect to the plane of the blades of the fixing element, the section being embodied in the form of a parabola on the plane of the axial section which is disposed perpendicularly with respect to said section.
