The present invention relates to thermoplastic compounds for manufacturing the steam pervious bed of impenetrable liquid but moisture permeable by the way that the composition is applied to substrate. The thermoplastic compounds include the process conditions of preferable thermoplastic polymer and suitable plasticizer adjustment composition viscosity. The advantages that layer as made from thermoplastic compounds of the present invention can be used for needing the multiple use of moisture vapor permeability, such as in absorbent article, such as diaper, sanitary napkin, panty-liners and incontinence product and protective bedding covering, protective garment.
