The device is in several parts with a holder for attachment to a room wall, ceiling or floor and an aperture strip for reversible attachment to the holder. The holder has a free volume between the wall and aperture strip (4) for feeding an electrical cable. The aperture strip has an outlet opening extending over the whole length of the aperture strip and dimensioned to enable the passage of electrical cables into or out of the free volume.
