Process for the control of multi-media call sessions in a cellular system of mobile radiocommunications

The multimedia call session control system has a negotiation step determining session component characteristics. There is a separate step of allocation of resources. The negotiation step informs the caller of the network radio access capacity , taking account of the capacity of the access network radio server in resource allocation negotiations.
