The invention relates to a fire brigade training facility comprising at least one fire room in which at least one fire simulation device, especially for a piece of furniture, a piece of equipment, an appliance or similar is located; a flame-producing device which is functionally connected to the at least one fire simulation device; a smoke-producing device which has at least one outlet leading into the fire room; a ventilation device, at least for the fire room; an emergency deactivation device, at least for the flame-producing device and the smoke-producing device; a parameter detection means and a control and evaluation device which is functionally connected to the flame-producing device, the smoke-producing device, the ventilation device, the emergency deactivation device and the parameter detection means. Said parameter detection means has a number of sensors for detecting the behaviour of the fire brigade training facility, especially the way in which the flame-producing device, the smoke-producing device, the ventilation device and the emergency deactivation device function, the potential danger for each of the trainees present in the fire room and the condition and performance of each of the trainees. The control and evaluation device controls the fire brigade training facility, especially the flame-producing device, the smoke-producing device, the ventilation device and the emergency deactivation device and evaluates each of the trainees depending on the data detected by the parameter detection means over time.
