The invention is a coplanar waveguide (CPW) in which the signal line and the ground plane exist on the same plane.;Discontinuity by inserting a slit between signal lines using a structure;Inductance according to the capacitance component and the length of the slit;Broadband high degree of order guarantees structural simplicity using inductance components;By changing the depressurization filter and the slit structure, various types such as band suppression characteristics;It provides the ease of manufacturing the filter of the shape.;The present invention has the advantages of a uniplanar structure, i.e., reduction of dispersion loss caused by increasing via-hole or frequency, and easy implementation of the circuit and easy integration into a circuit such as a single direct microwave circuit (MMIC). The present invention relates to a wideband filter having a CPW slit structure designed to have harmonic suppression characteristics using its characteristics. The characteristics of the filter are adjusted to the width and length of the SLIT, which can be used in many applications. In particular, the effects of suppressing harmonic components of most nonlinear devices such as mixers, low noise amplifiers, and oscillators, which are an important part of the microwave circuit, are expected to be very effective.
